My tablet finally arrived~

It's an XP Pen =U

It also came with some free software redemption - a choice between ArtRage 5 and openCanvas. I have never heard of ArtRage, but i have heard good things about opencanvas, so i might get that one.

While i try to figure out which and wait for more input from some art friends, i sketched a few things in Windows 3d Paint program.

Oh! And it came with an art glove, which super excited me because i thought i was gonna have to buy my own.

Super happy with everything so far, hoping to be able to make some neat stuff soon!

A lot has happened and i am still on a hiatus of sorts. I have no graphics tablet nor any PC for digital art and am currently tryna save up for a tablet. Husbando has a gaming laptop i can borrow to also art on, tho idk how it will do. We shall see.

I may be uploading my old artwork as time goes by and i try to regain an online presence. I have some traditional stuff, a lot of old digital and i think i will spare NG my photography. Idk if that's really a medium used here anyhow?

But yee. Other than that, i will mostly be lurking for now.

Okay first I  went on a personal hiatus to kind of find my art mojo again buuut

My laptop had some kind of hiccup the other day where it kept getting stuck at the screen with the manufacturers logo and then Win10 loading symbol.

After no success with hard resets and even attempts at safemode, I had to do a system restore.

I had chosen to do a restore to a point of literally just a few weeks ago, but for some reason it uninstalled Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium, as well as most of my games.
And it was legit - I paid for the suite.

I have 1 more download with  my creative suite last time I checked.
After that I will have to purchase an entire new key for it.

That being said, since I only have 1 download left and my laptop is seeing the end of its days as is, I am not going to waste it on my laptop.
I will not be able to produce any digital art that requires any form of layering until I have a new PC that can handle it.

Soooo this hiatus will be a tad longer than expected.

Hopefully not TOO long tho, as building gaming PCs is next on the list of goals my mate and I have.

Just wanted to let everyone know it will be even longer and this time it's not even due to me being a whiney baby, it's cuz technology is giving me the finger lmao.

So we finally have internet.
Unfortunately, I seem to have fallen into one of those funks where nothing is fun and I just don't care to maintain anything.

Like, I've got some more work to put up here. It's already up on my instagram, but nowhere else because I'm just that lazy of late.

Plus I keep getting sick.

Sorry for bitchin.
Just giving an explanation as to why I been just.... not around.


Hopefully I'll break out of this funk soon.

So!
We're all moved in to our new apartment.
However!

We still have no stable internet connection.
I'm currently using the community computer lab, which thankfully has wifi and hard lines.
I can't really work here tho.

Not only am I uncomfortable working here, but I'm not sure I'd be able to get comfy long enough to actually get anything done, art-wise.

I have brought up my scanner to work on some new traditional pieces, but it's not set up yet.
Still also debating on if I should color what I have, or go ahead and upload the linework?



In the end I'll prolly upload out of impatience and then take it down later when I have an updated version.

Just giving a heads up I'll still be sparse!

Edit 5/26/2016: Okay so we're moved in but there's still no stable internet. Standby! XD

I don't really have an audience here so I enjoy the lack of obligation.
However I still wanted it to be noted that as soon as I have stable internet, I'll be updating more art.

Which if things go as planned, should be after this Saturday.

I also intend to branch out into different areas of media

- including animating and whatnot but that's long term shizz.


In the meantime,  y'all will have to just eyeballe my ugly sketches.
